Exchanges & Return Policies: I do not offer exchanges or return policies for the lessons I offer. To ensure the smooth running of my services, I require that customers make arrangements for makeup lessons prior to 24 hours of the lesson date. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being forfeited and no refund will be applicable.

Additionally, I offer a one-year window for customers to fulfill their remaining lessons after which they will be forfeited and no refund will apply.

However, should I be at fault, I will either make amends by rescheduling lessons in accordance to the students requirements and or refund any fees charged back to the customer.

Delivery Times: Lessons will be taught immediately upon receipt of payment. Concurrent lessons will be taught until the block of lessons are complete. 

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, and cash.

Payment Period: Credit Card payments are immediate and lessons can start anytime afterwards. Bank transfers are to be paid 3 days in advance of when lessons start.
